We (FABIOUS) offer a 10 to 15-days return policy, implying that you can return your ordered product(s) within 5 to 7 days of receiving the product. Our return policy is only applicable to products that have been ordered online from our website. Once we receive your return, an inspection will be conducted, and based on that our team will evaluate if the product is in its original condition. The final decision stands with the management & can not be contested by any means.
All products must be unused and should be returned in their original condition.

When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.

The pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of by FABIOUS.
In order to exchange an item, you must return the original item, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay the differential amount if any, also a shipping charge would be applicable. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount.
The refund will not be granted if we receive a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Also, we cannot provide a refund in case there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package has been refused by the receiver.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds are typically credited within *72 hours* after the product has been returned to the delivery agent or designated return point. This timeline applies only to customers who made *online payments*. For *Cash on Delivery (COD)* orders, this refund policy does not apply. Refunds for online transactions will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
